He just wants to annoy him, it's not meant to make fun of actual identity and gender but to mock him about the fact that he was lying about himself and was a netkama. When it truly matters, he's calling him as he's supposed to. (but yeah, as i said, i get why you'd feel uncomfortable, especially if you're transgender.
