In those two chapters they said "Kibi" is the MC's nickname, apparently born from the misunderstanding about the chocolates named 'kisses' and the other guy asking for a kiss, what he meant between the two it's not specified.

combi is short for combination
so you could also say kisses pairing/duo/etc. combi just sounds cuter lol

No, there’s no romance in this story. If you’re looking for BL, I suggest reading something else. I also started this novel thinking it was gay but it went beyond my expectations. Story drew me in like crazy. There’s bromance between Dokja and the protagonist though. It’s a very popular pairing with the fans.
If you like meta stories with a lot of angst, action, and well-written characters (INCLUDING THE WOMEN), please read ORV.
