You're mistaken. She wasn't asking about the manhua, but the manga. There's a difference. There is a new manga (japanese) for mdzs that just came out. It's not the same thing as the already completed manhua (chinese).
It just came out today so there isn't any translations for it or anything. But there are posted panels on different social media accounts (like twitter, fb, etc.)! The first two chapters are out, but you have to pay to view/read it. If you wanna view a few panels to see the new art, I just typed in mdzs manga on twitter and a bunch of posts came up.
