Well i made a comment before loving it this story because the top was such green flag. But i take that back, i got really disappointed with how the author went with the story.

Checked the raws and after the bottom was being dumb in taking a shady job, the top got angry because he believed the bottom used to sell himself from a rumor he heard, got angry and tried to rape the bottom. The bottom got really triggered and freaked out and then the top stopped ... he acted the same way the guy who tried to attack the bottom from the rumor ... after that, the top left feeling sad/guilty.
Super disappointed on him, if the bottom didn't fight back hard he would have been raped.
Then a flashback to when they met. Basically bottom had a super creppy piano teacher who would drug him to sleep and assault the bottom unconscious and film it. The top found out and beat him up, the bottom didn't discover what happened to him.
The top went to prison and with that lost his chances with boxing career and he accepted to go work in a gang if the gang killed the piano teacher. End of flashback.
THEEEN it's up to the bottom to make up with him. The bottom goes to his apartment to talk and clear any misunderstanding. The top is so useless, he didn't even try to apologize. He was just wallowing in self pity before the bottom arrived. The bottom clear all the accusations the top made.
But the top didn't even apologize for you know, trying to rape him?? They made just like that and started dating.
Man, what a disappointment with this story.
In the past the top already misunderstood the bottom because of rumors and got mad that the bottom " maybe " promiscuous. Urgh. But then he saved the bottom from the piano creep and sacrificed his boxing career for the bottom.
But in the present he did the same thing as before because of rumors and was even worse, he tried to rape the bottom when he got mad.
I don't now why the author made this decision. And what irks me is that it absolutely had no consequences because the next day they started dating.
Sincerely it made no sense. The bottom was super scared before and the top was feeling guilty.
And the author decides that the best way for them to make up is for the bottom, the victim, to go talk to him and do all effort in making up. The top is useless, no effort at all in apologizing.
He can just lashes out all he wants and all is good and happy because the bottom just let it go like that. And they start dating and have sex right after.
So so disappointed, the story was so fun but then it takes a bad turn due to bad writing.
