Yup it's possible! It just depends on the author and whether they decide that in their omeagverse alphaxalpha pairings are possible.

Most cases they make it so alphaxalpha is possible between rich people, like to make sure only alphas are born! Def possible but well it's harder I guess to have sex and even have children compared to alphaxomega
