Honestly i get what chu mean like its 24 chaps already but this adoption drama hasnt end yet. But dealing with the kids is not the same as the abuser himself. mc is probably traumatized and too scared to speak up her mind. I also think she fell short compare to mc from in this life life ill be matriarch. Still, doing business that she is an expect at ( handling paperwork like in last life) and the adoption process arent the same. She seems like she cant also trust other people to trust her without solid evidence( maybe she think that Jeff guy isnt really trust by grandpa) so she resolve to the book? Honestly i totally agree with the process not balancing between adoption and business. The plot is not advancing that much *smh*

True i guess idk i cant bring myself to feel bad for her whole crisis when an obvious solutions exists lol...she does have room to grow as a character tho I just hope it happens soon and she doesn't stay like this

+ kind of pisses me off people are calling this enemies to lovers. To me at least enemies to lovers implies them being on equal standing like that they are both wronging each other in some way (would have been so good if the two just kept k!lling each other each back and forth each TL lmao) like its clearly not the case here lmao this is just another abuser (with a tragic backstory that somehow makes it all okay) x innocent victim (that's a complete doormat)

I was wondering how they're going to make a redemption arc for the mL but somehow things just got pushed under the rug and FL just rub the salt over my rage and falls in love with him which doesn't make any sense at all to me. Why is she blushing?? For his pretty face?? He is TWISTED AF

It's annoying to me how FL keeps talking about how she wish she's not haldergard or whatever the family name is idc. I can't explain but it's annoying. So what if you have their blood. If people try to argue that he is still a childs mind to understand that a child does not carry the parents sin's?? Bro literally regressed so many time after so many years of training and killing those that came out from that splitting sky. Ughh I don't remember the name.. but his soul and mind has aged from countless fights! If he Is in a body of the child that kills all those lives in multiple regression than it's arguable that he is possessing a small brain of a child but the story clearly suddenly give him a matured body. If he's not the villain than what is he?! Bro literally killed so many people in many regression and the redemption arc is so disappointing! It turn out to be such a typical romance time regression. I thought the author was more clever than this.
