I immediately fell in love with this manhwa as soon as I saw the cover! Although, I'm a bit disappointed about how Cheongrok is actually a huge fan since it cancels out the "You don't know who I am but you know me better than anyone else." part. But since Jaegyu freed Cheongrok's emotions, I'm actually more happy with that! I'm really sad that this will be a short story because I don't encounter gems like this as often!

I'm really thankful for me being able to find out about this manhwa, I absolutely adore horror, psychological manhwas so The Beast Must Die is instantly going into my favorites. The plot was really well thought of, the characters are really well-written and there was never a time where I did not want to read more.
I've read a few works where there is a psychopath, but it never felt like they actually were psychopaths. The way Kang Moo's psychopathy was represented was just amazing. Him keeping the promise of not killing for 3 years really hit me. Even though psychopaths do not feel love, it's clear that Kirin is someone that stands out from the other people.
Ordinary people would never have thought about staying by a psychopath's side, but Kirin did. Even though Kang Moo killed many people, Kirin never left him. He stayed by his side and genuinely cares for him. I do wish we would have gotten Kirin topping Kang Moo, but, unfortunately, it never happened. </3
I have no regrets whatsoever about reading this. From the first chapter to the last, the feelings TBMD left on me will be something that I'd never be able to experience again. I hope everyone else enjoyed reading as much as I did! I will miss Kirin and Kang Moo very much. </3
I'm glad that I read Faraway Home at this time. A year ago, I don't think I would've appreciated the story as much as I am now.
Faraway Home was absolutely beautiful. The writing had me wanting for more, the art is breathtaking and reading this was a new experience for me! In a world where they don't belong, they found their home, eachother. <3
Alan's and Hayden's world's are viewed in totally different ways, but at the end, their worlds collided and it's meant for them only.
After 10 years, Alan finally spread out the truth to his father, only for him to get furious. I never knew how despicable someone can be until the appearance of Alan's "father". I completely understand how Maria felt, but it also led them to their demise.
Nonetheless, I love this ending, even though they died, it's not a sad ending, they died TOGETHER and they're finally free! I'm beyond happy that they were able to leave this world with no regrets. I really wish for them to be reunited once again in another life. <3
