There was a point where I thought he was actually just talking to himself because during that scene when they had met up the chair across of the table was empty but I guess not ? Anyways I actually really enjoyed this , in real life this would be toxic and definitely not okay but in a fictional setting it was really well written.
I saw this comments first, and when I was on that chapter for a moment I thought he has a split personality or something cuz he real- they really look alike that at first I thought they're the same guy.. oof
I'm hoping she doesn't end up with the Emperor but with the way authors are built it's always the asshole that the main character ends up with. So if it's going to be him she better not forgive him too easily, he better suffer twice as hard if not a thousand times.
