I like the narration style, it gives me the same vibes as Bram Stoker's Dracula. The only difference is that it uses letters and not a diary (I think?) and obviously, that it's a BL.

Yeah his lover is a voice actor, but that doesn't mean that he took BL jobs before (as his friend stated) and he never took anyone over... Also, he heard him say those words (thinking he COULD be cheating but thought that maybe he got it wrong) but then when the other said the same words to him, also saying that he had never said them to anyone else, of course that made him upset and hurt.
Anyway, I don't mean to say that he is the most reasonable character, but man, give him some pity ok? He was hurt by the whole thing, even I it was a misunderstanding... People can make mistakes, don't be so judgmental ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Also, I still think that if his friend had cleared the misunderstanding as soon as possible, since he was the only one who knew, it would've been less dramatic.

The "let's go on a blind date" strategy is probably the same as "let's drink tonight" strategy, where after inviting someone after receiving an e-mail, you bring that person to a place where the e-mail sender is. Just wondering... How can they ask you to pay for something you didn't purchase? They didn't take the stuff from a shop and they are not members of the company.
They could say that they were stolen, but there's no contract or any piece of paper that says that they had to be paid.
