Yes and no, depending on version of things you're looking at. 'Lucifer' as a name is actually a mistranslation of the original Hebrew, and was never part of the original texts - if I recall correctly that came into use as a name in the middle ages, though I'm not 100% sure on that.
Anyway, this is taking more than casual liberties with Judeo-Christian lore, so just enjoy it as a work of fiction...
