I thought side stories were supposed to be fluffy. Where’s the fluff? I actually thought this would be like this cute way of Dojae reminding Euntak of all their moments together. That’s what I was hoping for. That last panel was just so painful.
Oh the newest chapter today has me crying my eyes out! No dialogue but so damn sad. You feel every emotion Yoonsung is feeling. That ending! The strength of his feelings for Hakyung! Damn I love and hate this story for making me feel so much!
So I wasn’t sure about the art style when I first started this but for some reason I can’t stop reading. It really hooks you and pulls you in. Like stay-up-late-reading-because-you-just-need-to-read-more-chapter. You can really feel all the emotions. I’m binging it all right now.

I felt the same when I first read the author’s other work “Momentum” back at 2020…the art style was not my liking at first, but the story hooked me up real quick and just couldn’t stop..the author play with the colors and lighting well. It lead me eventually to “Wolf in the house” and to this story. Love them ever since. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Ooh let me add momentum and wolf in the house to my list then. I can be a bit picky about the art style sometimes but usually I find if I get into the story then the art grows on me. The author definitely has a very distinct style and they did a great job of portraying the emotions. I really felt every moment between these characters. They really had a beautiful love story.

They’re kind of the author’s “older” work, so the art style looks different and even less detailed.. Similar to you, I’m the same, kind of picky about the art style - I must add that I used to be very judgmental and skipped many great gems at that time just because I was too early to judge the story based on the style.
But since I gave a go to “Momentum” back then - I never did that again…most of the time these stories with less detailed artstyle ended up being my absolute favourites and made me rereading them many times.

I started this earlier but I was a bit confused so I thought I’d read the comments for clarification. So ML likes MC and MC likes ML. ML is waiting for MC to confess to him and in the meantime he keeps dating a bunch of girls. MC thinks ML can’t possibly be interested in him because he’s always dating girls. Did I get that right? Sounds pretty stupid. Oh what a tangled web we weave!

Love this already. Wish there were more chapters. I should have left it to marinate for awhile. But they’re so cute! Their relationship is so heartwarming. I can’t wait to watch it develop. Yeoreum is a sweetheart and I love his cat. It’s interesting that we’re seeing a lot from his pov. The dream sequence had me a bit concerned though, I was thinking hang on, you’ve only known each other a week, how are you already in love? The age gap is gonna cause some issues though, isn’t it? They’re both a bit insecure about it. Yeoreum thinking he’s too young and immature and Hyeonseon thinking he’s too old. Oh and them both being at the same concert and even sitting next to each other. Love a bit of fate vibes.
Yeah I think the falling in love part gives me off vibes like it might be aproblem later, the fact that Yeoreum fell in love so quickly, he might be the kind that has a lot of emotions
I think it might be a translation issue. Because in the other version of that chapter up here he says I like you, not I’m falling in love with you. But yeah I also think he is quite emotional. Which is quite nice actually. You don’t often see the top being quite so expressive. I do really love this story.
Considering one of them is MTL, i would honestly take that with a pinch of salt. I'd trust the person who actually knows the language and translated it as such.
Sorry, I don’t know what MTL is. I didn’t mean to offend anyone. I just think saying I love you after a week is a bit much. But it was a dream so.. it’s not a big deal. It just kind of took me out of the story a little, that’s all.
MTL = machine translation. Basically using things like Google translate or chat-gpt. Usually used by people who have no fluency in the language and still want to claim to be a 'translator'.
The fact that the artist manages to portray so much emotion so well really amazes me every time. Every panel of this chapter was filled with such melancholy. Yoonsung remembering all his special moments with Hakyung leading up to the culmination of his suicide attempt. I cried so hard at the end. Why did no one tell me how painful this story would be?
No wonder his family don’t want him to regain his memories though. It’s not because of Hakyung at all. It’s because they lied to him and told him Hakyung was dead and pushed Yoonsung to attempt suicide. Assholes!
The moment when Yoonsung's face twisted in agony in the car made my cry out in pain. He dosen't deserve this, they both don't deserve this suffering

They had this beautiful summer together and then they were separated and Yoonsung lost his memories but knew he was missing something important. But somehow, some way he finds Hakyung again and even though he doesn’t remember him he still recognises him on some fundamental level. It’s beautiful and heartbreaking all at the same time. Sorry, I got carried away. This story just gives me lots of feelings.
