I feel so sorry for Alex/Jiwon being stuck with such horrible parents. And for him to become so dependant on one person's approval and love that much is a horrible position to be in, I know from experience. The poor guy. It still doesn't fully justify his actions but I do understand now.

The ending was so bittersweet, I loved it. Just Lucaon and Kyon being happy but also the knowledge that Kyon will die way sooner than Lucaon. And the fact that Ryan is gone, and Cristoph's memories... ;-;
