Reading the s*x scene made me sick to my stomach I was so fvcking scared that I feel like my nerves are getting weak I just can't imagine the pain and trauma for the mc, it must've been hurt so much. I'm literally corcen rn bcuz that blood is kinda disturbing althought it's realistic about bleeding part but still.... it made me scared of having s*x it's horrible and inhuman.....

Someone pls answer me it this worth to read??

Yes!! But it's a story where the main character becomes a teacher, rather than being super cool all by himself. A small amount of comedy, engaging backstories, and a wide cast of characters that are shuffled in and out of focus. (His students) if you don't like this genre I'd skip. The backstories aren't fluff and rainbows either, so the comedy isn't overwhelming the tone.
It wasn't what I expected when I started reading it tbh, I like it when the MC is the cool hero. But he was never a really remarkable hunter, he's just special now bc he has knowledge of the future.

For how long do I still have wait to get happy and wholesome ending I just want them to be happy without every sh!tty annoying punchable face characters specially that one blonde hair acting like a 7yr old
╥﹏╥

Ok, so from what I can remember (which might not be super detailed bc I read the novel last year! Sorry TwT)

Edith, Lize and the mom are going to be kidnapped by the maid and a group of thugs. They’ll take the three of them to a cabin, but actually isolate Edith is the basement so 1. The maid can beat her off... like badly... horribly... and 2. If they are caught, by not having her with the mom and Lize, she’ll look like an accomplish... which happens. When the stupid mf of the OG ML whose name I can’t be bothered to remember gets to the cabin, he just arrest people and gets Lize and mom out of there without even checking the rest of the place, which leaves Edith trapped in the basement, wounded and heartbroken bc shes been abandoned, she’s at that point where she is basically giving up on the idea of being part of the Rudwick family (since they don’t care about her and don’t trust her at all)
In the end she manages to scape the basement (I think she’s convinces a couple of thugs to loosen her ropes and run away by telling them they’re not going to like being there when the Rudwicks find them) and tries to escape the city and have nothing to do with anyone anymore.
The Rudwick soldiers capture her at the train station and bring her to the manor again for trial since they think she’s was behind the kidnapping and all of that.
And if I may spoil you a little bit more, so you have something to look forward too (lol we need it) this is when the third condition gets broken (?) bc the condition is that she accepts death. Edith is so broken and defeated that she’s like “all right, off me, whatever” and hopes her husband slices her neck, but of course he doesn’t, bc he loves her!
And here I can’t remember how it goes but basically Edith gets cleared of doubts and the happy arc begins
Sorry, I’m not going at doing summaries but I hope I was able To at least give someone info so you can prepare :’) and sorry for the spelling mistakes or anything! My spellcheck is marked to English, but it has a mind of its own lol
