This is really a depressing stuff. Especially in Gacha games. Like imagine getting the pet/stuff that you wanted in-game so you have to do the event. Only to get crashed/bug or someone who is using hacks in-game. I for one didn't lose my stuff but a friend of mine does. Someone hacks into their account and basically deletes everything inside of it which my friend had been building, farming, do the events only to get it hack and then stuff disappeared. And the devs didn't do much at all since the damage is done, so my friend had to re-do everything which leads to them not playing no more
