I agree that it was almost rape with the intention of raping. I think because he doesnt really have the emotional backing and hes probabaly used to getting things thru force because of his job that he did it. So thats definitely something he needs to work on because it can easily become something of a bad relationship. But on the other hand he does seem very patient normally and this might have just been the alcohol manifesting itslef like he normally acts at work. He seemed pretty desperate which is no excuse but alchohol defently handicaps your rationality when feeling like that.

This wasn't rape, he just pressed him onto the bed. But when uke said no, he (may have )aussaulted him. But there was no rape.
And it's also not attempted rape because he stepped back, right? He stopped. So it wouldn't be seen as an attempt.
Maybe I read too much Yaoi but I das this as an act out of anger because he was hurt, sad and desperate for his attention. Which of course doesn't make this okay, not at all, no excuse. But it makes his act more 'understandable' for me. And in the end he didn't rape him, he 'just' held him still and I think stripped him (and touched?). So aussault I think.
