I agree that it was almost rape with the intention of raping. I think because he doesnt really have the emotional backing and hes probabaly used to getting things thru force because of his job that he did it. So thats definitely something he needs to work on because it can easily become something of a bad relationship. But on the other hand he does seem very patient normally and this might have just been the alcohol manifesting itslef like he normally acts at work. He seemed pretty desperate which is no excuse but alchohol defently handicaps your rationality when feeling like that.

Maybe I read too much Yaoi but I das this as an act out of anger because he was hurt, sad and desperate for his attention. Which of course doesn't make this okay, not at all, no excuse.
