I think he might be so insecure because he's never actually been in a relationship before, so he doesn't really know what a healthy relationship with a loving partner means aka not judging for your past. Unfortunately, I think there probably are people out there who do care (idk why tho). As for the seme, I think he just wants Geon to feel comfortable enough to share things with him, but the sheer amount of secrets and hiding their relationship, kind of keeping seme isolated from his friends and people who know this other side of him, makes seme feel insecure and like Geon doesn't feel comfortable enough around him to be himself.
