i think his personality kinda realistic and strong. it's quite unusual especially since manga/manhwa like to portray a soft and kind uke, so i think his character is interestingly fresh.
but i do understand where u coming from since i also thinks his personality is selfish but coming from a person who was shut out by the society because of his sexuality, I think his character do live up to the situation as he tried his best to take the chances to change his life.
