They weren't super gold though, they were still sort of gray...like his eyes are super amber almost glowing when he is with Ein

I think Diesel's eyes turn amber when he is feeling highly emotional. It occurred mostly in the presence of Ein, only after he has done something considerate that struck a deep chord in Diesel.
However it also happened in chapter 53, during the interaction with Yanek. The author is subtly telling us that Diesel was really upset in that occasion.

How Diesel could betraying laying and cheating person, who did for him so much?
If we only look on Diesel/Yanek relationship and nothing more, then Yanek is good guy and Diesel not, cause he cares about Diesel, trys protect him and he honest to him, opoosite to Diesel.

But we can’t, my dear. If Diesel was to end things with Yanek and go with Ein, he would be killed for sure. Afterall, he has involved too deep in this mess.
And you have to consider the fact that Diesel has been treated so bad his entire life to the point that if he can, he don’t want to let his secret to be found out by whoever it might be.
But he didn’t have a choice when Yanek found out his secret, and he did expect all the worst things to come. But suddenly being treated kindly by Yanek, he now has a slight hope in life that he needs to cling onto no matter what. If I was him, I don’t even know if I have the courage to let go of what might be my last hope to go for sth so fragile like love, especially when you still have lot of things to hide from the person.
That’s why, though he might subconsciously think that Ein is good, he can’t just leave Yanek and go to Ein. How can he trust that Ein will still be good to him after finding out his secret? And there, it makes sense for what happens in the next 2 chapters: Now knowing that Ein awared of his secret but did not change his attitude, he’s now starting to have a high hope.
Though I don’t think what Diesel has done is right, I do think that his action is understandable with his charecter and background settings.

I don't see it as care for him. Rather he wants to keep something useful to him near him at all cost.
If he can't use them anymore he'll disposed of them.
If someone tries to get near his favorite tool he would get rid of the obstacle 1st.
Is how I see his personality.

People can be deceived easily after kind words and pillow talks, but doesn't see the true hidden nature.

Like people who looks scary in their eyes and judge them to be a delinquent was in fact a kind and caring person. While the opposite a super handsome, smart and a so called kind guy was in fact a criminal and a rapist. (Was very good at hiding his true nature).

Diesel here he just follow his instinct and experience.
He couldn't smell anything from him when they 1st meet, it could be meant as that Yanek might be dangerous person to go against with. So has no choice to stay by his side.
To fight Yanek's enemies when ordered to do so. To be useful for him.

I don’t know if lucky is the word. As you’ve pointed out he’s bleeding on the floor because he’s caught up in this dangerous organization because he was “saved”.

ppl need to put themselves in characters’ shoes to understand their feelings and behaviours. And by putting themselves in their shoes, I mean you have to consider all other factors that might affect their actions, like background/enviroment/characters/situation,etc...
I’ve seen ppl going on and on abt Diesel’s lucky to have Yanek, and Yanek cares while Diesel’s not, but could they really think that they could kill for the sake of a person they don’t care for? (and it’s not like he enjoys killing). Yanek really did Diesel a favour by saving him from previous hell, but he got back the fairly amount of that. What’s the reason for all the dangerous situation Diesel has to gone through the recent chapters if it’s not because of Yanek?
I have to admit what Yanek has done is also kind of realistic and reasonable for his setting, that’s what makes his character kind of likable. But we have to find justice for other characters that are being sank down just to put Yanek on top by his fan. It’s just not fair like that:(

Honey, Diesel should go to Ein and be with him. I would prefer if he does it, cause he not loves Yanek.
What he shoudn't do is staying with him like his lover and in this same time betraying and cheating him.
He should first ends his relationship with Yanek, then warns him about danger and he can do then whatever he want to.

I did explain why Diesel choose not to leave Yanek, right?
Afterall, everyone is selfish in their own way, so to be able to make everyone happy is impossible. Especially in Diesel’s case, it’s not just abt feeling a bit guilty leaving the old person, then preparing to have a broken heart after going for the next one. It’s a matter of life and death leaving Yanek, and loosing the last hope in life and being pushed to hell again if Ein can’t accept his true identity. Compared to all that, the issue abt him go to Ein without ending things with Yanek seems trivial.
Can you show some sympathy for such a relatable character iso just showing hate?

Yanek is the one who wants him to stay with him. They only have a physical relationship due to Diesel heat. Yanek is the one to choose to do that.
Being lovers is meant to being happy, I never saw Diesel ever being happy.
Knowing his personality Diesel knew by telling him about Ein he would no hesitate to kill him. When Ein took him out in wolf form he started to get interested in his personality.
It seems he never went out before like that.

Yanek only takes him to dangerous places and the rest he has to stay inside.
Besides if Diesel decide to leave he know all to well that Yanek might go after him and kill him because he knows to much. So what could he do.

And yeah Yanek "save" him from that organisation. But to me it looks like he was just interested in the WHY they locked him up like that.
He only likes to keep "useful friends" as he himself says it. I don't call my friends useful as if they were tools for me to use. I rather say that they're very capable and that you can count on them.

I don't why you use word hate? Hate is something more and people abuising this word on forum.
Nope i can't cause Diesel has honest option. He could warn Yanek, end relationship first and then run to Ein. If he did it, woudn't say bad word about him.
But everything what he doing now is double-faced.

Diesel can walking free and dieasaper whenever he wants. Hecan walk alobe to Ein, so he not Yanek prisoner.
Serously being lover it's not mean happy. It's sometimes harder than being alone, but people still do this cause they want be together.
Yanek hang out with Diesel and Ein a lot. Read again all flashback chapters again and you see that they walk normaly 2 time.
And you again. Even when Yanek did sonething good, then people trys to turn this in bad. He saved him, gives him home, cares about his basic needs, gives him tenderness, was being gentle with him during sex, protects his secrets and risks his life for him.
Yanek still better treats Diesel, than Diesel treat Yanek. At last he cares about him and Diesel did only bad things towards Yanek. Laying, cheating and beteaying.

You're not shallow. I'm happy too. They're choosing to work it out and Alex has decided to heal himself mentally and emotionally. I hope we see more communication and openness with them.
