it's fan service plain and simple. Sys is a stand in for the female reader, hence why his bodyguards wear such objectifying outfits. Secondly it allows us to see a version of Wolfgang take on the submissive role, giving both options of uke/seme dynamic not allowed for our main character who's already been firmly established. I can understand why the author has chosen to do this, but it undermines the entire point of the plot with its crusade against abusive powers. And is a disservice to the actual progression of a plot more than just its pornographic medium. How is it okay that Sys gets to behave this way, because his actions don't affect anyone of importance that's why. Often authors compromise the plot in this way, but don't execute it in a way that's actually beneficial to the plot. What purpose does Sys/Randolph actually have other than to be gratuitous eye candy?
