There will be bigger plot twists after these. The uke will lose his memories after falling off the cliff from escaping the seme and then spend the following days thinking he is still in love with the seme. But the uke still have remnant memories and will try to look for his past and the seme will follow him on the quest to look for his past as the seme is still eager to please the uke and desperate for the uke to keep being in love with him. He will not be raped by the main guy but the seme's ex. The seme ex threaten to kill the seme if the uke tell him he raped him. And cause the uke still think the seme is a gentle soul he won't tell him and just continue to accept the abuse. The seme ex then cause the uke to fall into the river and get lost. Then the uke is saved by another guy who he is attracted to, which is the current crown prince, they have similar interest and is not like the seme who keep lots of secrets from the uke. The uke acknowledged he liked him the crown Prince as he is so much easier to talk to but he already promised the seme he will be committed and he still love the seme so he told the Crown Prince thanks for being his best friend, or some sort, but he need to stay with the seme. During that time, the sème went looking for the uke and met his former mentor, after knowing he have a lover now, the mentor asked him to give up and not rebel against his fate because it is already known that there will be no love in the seme's life. The seme don't believe him and was really angry, saying it is real love between them. Then the seme ex went batshit crazy. He had sex with a random doctor and killed him midway. He had some realisation, probably triggered by the doctor and kidnap the uke and wanna kill him since the uke is also a doctor. The seme came to the rescue and both of them killed the ex together. Then it is revealed the seme used to be a Prince, which is the crown Prince brother, and he used to have black hair. And throughout the story they keep mentioning about the god sura being lost and not being able to protect the town, and the seme seem to know something about his disappearance. So if you are here for fluffy bl, this is not one. But if you are here for thriller and plot and historical elements, it is quite weird and suspenseful in its own way.

Guys I read the raws up to chap 19 and the story gets better, both of them are so hilarious

This is so angsty but that's just how my masochistic ass likes it lol

No matter how many times I reread this I still feel so much emotions. This is really a masterpiece.

Mr Kim is so done with this shit lol...

From a writer's perspective, having history repeat again for the next chap 63 doesn't make sense.. It will only make the story even more hard to continue beyond that. I won't wanna go that way if I am the author, but who knows.
I'll probably let SH throw NK out, at least this shakes up the story and allow the other political plot lines to go on.
Either that or SH cares too much now that he manage to do a 180 turn just in time.

Servant kim: "The boy said he was kidnapped by a masked man."

Seungho inner monologue while showing a montage of him smoking and looking outside the windows with flashbacks.
"My only managed to stop myself in time. The rage I felt when I saw that he tried to runaway after I confess. My anger did not allow me to think that anything else might have happened. The rage is eating me alive, but yet, at that moment, I cannot lay my hands on him anymore."
Seungho watching Nakyum sleeping while Nakyum cry out to Seungho during his nightmare.
"The cuts on his lips, I have an inkling who is behind this. I can interrogate them, or turn the town upside down to find out the truth. But I am afraid to know. The small possibility that he might choose to run away after I laid myself bare to him, it is driving me insane."
Seungho gulped the last of his wine and stared at his own hands.

Next day, Seungho asked for Nakyum. Seungho's dark circled eyes fixated on the painter.
"I think you've lost a bit of touch in your paintings. There's a teacher I know, he takes in students for reading and writing as well on top of painting. I can't have a personal painter that is illiterate. It will do you good to be under his roof."
"My lord," Nakyum hesitated. "I... I don't think I am suitable for that."
"Why is that so?"
"I... Because my place belongs here."
Seungho flips the table. "Why? Is it because of your teacher?"
Nakyum flinched but did not answer.
Seungho waved his hand.
"If you have nothing to say. Hurry up and make your preparations."
Nakyum started breathing heavily. His eyes wandered to the main door of the mansion. The mask man still lurks outside. He can't fathom the sudden change in his master. The warmth he felt a few days before is gone. Did he do something wrong?
"Please don't send me away, my lord!" Nakyum begged and mumbled. "I'm scared."
Seungho turned his gaze away.
"I'll update your teacher on your whereabouts."

Then cliffhanger.
Or it might be just a chap dedicated to the side couple. Lol.
I even prepared for the next next chap. Lol I am having fun.

Nakyum is pacing back and forth near Seungho's bedroom.
"Nakyum, aren't you suppose to gather your supplies? We are heading to the teacher tomorrow."
"I wish to speak to master Seungho."
"Master Seungho ordered no one to enter.
Nakyum stated on and after several hours he finally shouted from outside.
"Master Seungho, I'll do more labour work. Please let me stay."
No answer.
"Reading and writing. Can't you teach me that? I saw you writing lots of letters. I promise I'll not be a nuisance."
The door opened.
"Who do you think you are talking to?"
"I'll learn fast and... And I can eat less of my share. Please don't send me away my lord."
"How much do you think you eat." Seungho mumbled and shut the door.
"What?"
"I'm tired."

Nakyum have a nightmare again of the masked man outside the door. He woke up with beads of sweat on his forehead.
Servant Kim: "The master wish to see you."
Nakyum stumbled into Seungho's bedroom.
"My Lord?"
"One day. If you annoy me today, I'll stop teaching."

Okay, I know it's cliche and I don't even know what I am writing anymore. But enjoy lol. I hope you have fun reading it as I had fun writing it.
