    They have both been attracted to each other for a while now. Then the boss seeing him cry, I think he just couldn’t hold back anymore, and the uke, being kissed, couldn’t hold back either. What is nice is it is such a sweet kissing scene. No force, no immediate urge to go right into sex. Tender and loving.
