I think maybe his injuries transferred to her so he may see the scars....
Or I could be wrong ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

Or maybe only the pain itself. Maybe she'd be able to feel the pain he felt for a while.
Having a scar on a lady's body in that time was considered by society very troublesome and "filthy". Some even refer to them as "damaged goods"
So I don't think the author would add something pointlessly complicated like that, unless this doesn't apply to the world in this story
But it would be interesting if his scars were to actually be transferred to her.

But then if she does get a scar then that increases the chance of the male lead being the one for her and it deepens their relationship... So then it would work out nicely because if she's "damaged goods" then no one else would want her... And let's be honest, that sounds like something that the male lead would be interested in,( in a sadistic way) ( ̄へ ̄)

Lolololol I agree with you but sadly I've seen the raws
There aren't any sign of scars on her body. I translated some panels with Google translate but I think she doesn't remember anything about seeing his scars or curing him at all lol? I'm not sure.
Okay imma spoil you but only from what I understood. I don't know Korean. So this is purely what I understood from panels and a bunch of translated sentences.
The sign on her body starts to hurt her a lot as she gets closer to him to the point it bleeds and I think about chapter 40 is last chapter of season one and about those last chapters I believe he had already fallen in love with her. Out side a royal ball in the hall way, Aseph lead her outside after she rejected him, he starts pressuring her for something, I think it's to tell him the reason why she rejects him by pointing a dagger to his stomach and he actually hurt himself a bit. They share a short French kiss XD. She then yells and shows him the God's seal whatever it was called on her body (no she didn't just undress as you might imagine lol).
There's screaming and tears. Aseph didn't look so good and was about to lose it as the woman he loves already has a seal I think so but I think she screamed that she hates the seal and he hugs her. Then her sister and dad come in yelling at them, seeing her dress stained with blood at the place her seal is, her dad lost it, Aseph and her dad seem to be exchanging a tense creepy conversation from the look on their faces. The last panels were her holding his arm in front of her sister and dad and telling them firmly she doesn't care about decided fate and she's the one who'll choose her husband not her father and Aseph is the only man she will ever love, as she and Aseph walk hand in hand down the empty dark corridor with a stunned Aseph, and a father and sister left behind indicating end of season 1 for the Villain's Saviour.
Goooosh it looks sooo interesting. Can't wait to actually read it. (≧∀≦)
Looking for Manga with a similar feel to this. Pls recommend... Already reading the beginning after the end.
There's a few medical mangas but unfortunately a lot are dropped in terms of translation bc they are hard to translate. I really liked godhand teru but translation was dropped :( Others are Saijou no Mei (paediatrics & genius doctor), Isekai Yakkyoku (pharmacist reincarnated into another world), Dr Duo (ghost doctor helps student perform medical treatment in emergencies) & team medical dragon (genius doctor/ realistic/tough medical environment).
Hope that helps!
