I'm reading the novel and from what I understand the MC has reincarnated twice. The first one is from being a princess to being reborn in Korea and the second one is dying and returning to her original world as a princess. Similar to the plot of Doctor Elise.But in the manhwa it saying something completely different so i'm confused could someone please tell me what is correct.
I haven't read the novel whatsoever so this is just speculation. Our MC right now has said that she's back once again she doesn't do this out loud but the words in the chapter hint at her already being in the novel before and she continues to talk in a tone of how she won't do the same thing she did last time. I don't think the manhwa does it the same way as the novel but it seems there is implied small details probably to lead up to the reveal of that fact that she has been reincarnated before. Like I said this is speculation from the information I see and have been given. I couldn't be completely wrong.
To clarify it's like this:
1st life - princess cayena
2nd life - korean office girl that read the novel and plot
3rd life - returned to original timeline as cayena before her actual death
