When I first read this I was 12. Since then I've reread this manga over 5 times and every single time the love between Kira and Rei makes me cry. Yes, the characters are flawed and the reasoning behind some of their actions really makes me want to pull all my hair out but you really have to admire the depth of emotion SOURYO Fuyumi wrote this with. The idea of these two traumatised individuals finding solace and a timeless love in each other is deeply touching. For me, regardless of the angst and handling of certain dark themes, this manga will always be one of my favourites. I really wish we could see more of their married life together and if they would have any children together .（/TДT)/
