yea basically lol, but the seme is emotionally constipated and his family got ruined bc of a homosexual affair on his father's side so he has a lot of resentment build up not to mention that the seme thought the uke liked his brother not him. just a lot of misunderstanding and miscommunication. i know it sounds super angsty but its actually not that bad and its very rom com tsundere with a bunch of fun tropes thrown in.
