this is so freaked out but the storys actually pretty decent (and thank god the demon king didn't do anything in that form, that would have crossed a line). The consent is pretty decent too so I wonder why the low rating compared to similar concepts

the scenes are so well done but I can't get over the feeling of sadness I have for this story. If she's truly a ghost he's spending all this time cooped up alone with someone whos not even alive anymore. That can't be healthy... I was hoping befire that it would at least be a coma situation because what other choice would there be but to let her go or die to be with her?

That said, now that Ive reread a few times, the art deteriorated towards the end sadly. I think the author may have been pushed to get the story done quicker. The whole layout itself/style changed tbh which make sense for how action heavy a lot of the other arcs were, to an extent.

I love these characters so much. The depth still holds up to this day. This and fruits basket rule the early 2000s shoujo gente for me
