I read the Raws and the cousin and Zicheng were supposed to eat out but Zicheng ends up skipping out on dinner and going home with president gu there (he is still dressed up as a girl) and they celebrate his birthday together. But the cousin goes to Zicheng house and sees the president and him and i just find it so sad i feel so bad for the cousin.

That was added by the scanlators I think. Bec there is a tag at the bottom of the page, it was "Siah @ Yaoi Sekai" Lol maybe they forgot his eyes has 2 colors.
