because there isn't a single instance of yuri happening on the story involving the main characters?
it's just that the female characters get all the rizz, drama and depth meanwhile the men just... kinda exist, that's why you think it's yuri. It's like if your average hollywood action movie's cast was gender swapped and all of the sudden there are so many women with a backstory that you wonder what kind of conspiracy is behind it.
