oooohhh good question! for me, I only have these top 5. The list is subject to change at the end of the year. But here's what I have so far.
1. Ghost's Nocturne
2. Distorted Soul
3. Dash
4. Master, Please Leave a Mark (really just the MC is so cute)
4. Honey Bear (the cartoon-y vive is there and I love the use of warm colors in many of the panels)
5. Payback (I feel like the characters actually look Korean in webtoon form, which makes the world they are in seem much more realistic if that makes sense)

no I totally get you, aspects of the story and plot seemed to be not addressed, ignored, or skipped all together. I'd say it's rushed given how the plotline is going so far, maybe they're keeping information from us to evoke surprise, but I felt like the twist already happened and the story is just missing gaps in it's development in a way that's not purposeful or meaningful.

Either way I'm just still here because lizardman hot.

thanks for your input! i wanted to give the story more time to gain more chapters in hopes that the plot will develop more. i agree, it def seems rushed. i've noticed some authors will rush the plot or character development to hurry and get to smut in order to keep their audience. but a great story with a slow build, especially in a story like this is crucial. i mean we're talking mortal enemies for hundreds of years. there's centuries of hate and oppression here, there's no way that each character put their biases aside, fell in love, and decided to be together in 27 chapters lol.

but yes, mr. lizard, chameleon, reptilian man is v. hawt!

Lies!! I'm loving the plot. What's not to love? You lot clearly don't have the liver for this plot and you should be reading fluffy Shounen ai or Shoujo instead of stubbornly hanging here.

It’s not even the fact that this isn’t fluffy it’s the fact that they’re just instantly making up, usually when there’s a shitty seme he eventually goes through a “chase arc” or some shit where the Uke is ignoring him and he figures out he’s a shitty person or something like that (maybe even a semi-plausible redemption arc). This manga doesn’t even have that, it’s been like a day or two and they’re already fucking in the restroom. Mind you this is after Mido r@ped, assaulted, kidnapped, and broke his fucking ankle. Like wtf??

The plot is shit not everything that's "dark" or 'taboo" is good. Using rape for shock value and doing absolutely nothing to punish that rape is in fact bad writing hope this helps

Some readers actually love the "dark" and "taboo" theme, I included. We seek these in our stories, and the authors and publishers respond to our needs with stories like this. So, they will not stop publishing these types of stories, ever. Clearly, it's not for you lot, so, do yourselves a favour and stop reading it. Read something else you enjoy

It's actually not dumb. People seek entertainment from the media they consume. Believe or not, a LOT of readers do enjoy this shit which is why authors keep writing them and publishers keep publishing them. Again, not for everyone. Those who love it like me continue to seek them out and read them. That's never gonna change

You are right about that and I admit my shame at not supporting the author by buying their work. However, I will defend their work at any opportunity because I truly enjoy it.

People are allowed to complain about it being shitty in their opinion, just like how you wanna defend it since in your opinion its good. But dont be striding in saying its all good and shit on an illegal site where you arent even supporting the author. They dont provide for those who dont pay.
