I hate rape in manga as much as the next guy, but theres a reason why this manga is so much worse and controversial.
In the weird classic yaoi rape trope, it teeters on the edge on consent, whereas in this story it is very direct with the non-consent, which is disgusting and disturbing to read. It also shows the MC's horrifying PTSD from past experiences with gang rape which has left him a hollow and frightened shell. Reading chapter 7/8 was sickening, they could've saved the story if they flipped the ML character into wanting to gain the love/consent of MC, but no (I get not realistic for a pathetic gangster, but hey, it's only fiction)
