omegaverse doesn't misgender men? also it's solely based on the definition of mother as the female sex parent or the one giving birth, both exist and both are valid. you don't make that definition alone, in my country the law says the one giving birth is legally the mother.

omega men giving birth are male in the universe but they don't exist in real life, in real life they would be intersex and not male, since they have female sexorgans too, if we can change the definition of sex to fit the made up second gender, we can call men mothers.

sure if the transman identifies as a woman, but if they are genderfluid they can be the mother one day and the father the other, or none of both.
the point is that in real life the world is tied to sex because how else would we define it thousands of years ago, but even then it's already not clearly defined as to what makes someone the mother, biologically, legally, in society, and differs in cultures.
it's still impossible for men, transwoman etc. to give birth, but in a world where some men could give birth, we would probably define the words differently, so omegas can be mothers despite being men because they have a fricking womb and pushing out a child as men too, if they have female sex organs they can be calles like the female parent too

i mean you can argue about this, but it doesn't change the fact that this bl in particular (and most omegaverse tbh) isn't meant to be a thinkpiece about gender. it's just a bl using the omegaverse to tell a story between two men. the author didn't mean anything deep with the usage of the pronouns, because for them, aeroc is the birth-giver ergo he's the mother. it's weird to try to relate this to real life when there is literally no equivalent to omegas or alphas irl. tl;dr i just want bl moms to be called mother
