no that's not blonde pretty boy bastard on the cover. thats the other black haired boy but with a wig on. he wears wigs and women's clothes alot in the story. its his master (the blonde hair guy) that likes him to dress up and look pretty etc. and he's cruel to him while his attendant the other black haired guy who wears a black uniform takes care of him and they fall in love. the story is about their romance afaik. if blondie plays a part beyond being an antagonist and obstacle to their relationship then that remains to be seen~
