The fact that even when HE was being bullied she said it wss his fault so now if you confess to someone it's okay to be body shaming and bullied? Still she was a kid ok but now she's coming like a flower like nothing happened. She's old enough to know he was being bullied. I would have been ashamed of myself and not talk to him anymore

first, she body shamed him when they were childhood even it was in the past and the girl's too young that time that doesn't mean it will become a pass to said it to someone knowing they'll hurt their feelings, she can said it nicely that she doesn't like him second, they met again and she said sorry about the past, which is actually nice but where she did wrong is saying that 'he is handsome now' and acting like he didn't hurt his feeling, he was actually affected because of body shaming so that's why they're calling him a bitch because of her attitude plus you can see in the last panel how she looks at them suspiciously also all opinions matter, we can call her bitch and u chose not ^^
