The red haired guy was obviously planning this too. He even initiated it (touching the black haired guy) while he was barely conscious. That part alone is sexual assault; it doesn't matter if the person who was assaulted felt pleasure from it or not.
Yes, they were both drunk, but the red haired guy premeditated this so he is a rapist.

I was biased towards this webtoon because it is perhaps my the least favorite webtoon, a guy like u. Unf, whose story was really bad. But I still wanted to give it a chance. Unfortunately, I could not like it. The plot is getting worse and complicated. It'll be like a guy like u again. It starts very well at first but then something happens, I dont understand. No matter how much I try to read, it doesn't work. I am sad
