why does manhwa write mental health shit cringe. Like i just read one that tried to write a character with social anxiety and they basically wrote an "uwu im shy teehee" when the backstory he had gave a real reason for him to have life altering issues with being in public places. I've seen this a lot especially with trauma related things and the stories arent even meant to be comedic its just so infuriating RHHHH. I don't mind dark humor but its not even humor its just lightening something terrible so that their readers dont get super depressed but like... just dont add debilitating mental illness if you want to make a light hearted series? ugh theres so many stories that wouldve been good if they just embraced the angst and didnt try to fix it by uwuifying their issues
