Was actually surpised that Kyouya liked Makihara and the author didn't pursue to push them into a relationship. It gives the idea that if they confessed to each other earlier then they would have started dating, which would change the story dramatically. Even in the other chapters Kyouya was trying to help Makihara out with his dating problems, although he did attempt to kiss(?) him at one point before Taiga broke the freaking window.
I was a fool yo think he would stop after learning it was his first time
No need to stop, it's not like the uke was telling him to stop or was resisting. Idk, seemed consensual to me
Yeahhhh, when uke knows the guy is a wolf and he still went near, that’s basically asking to be fucked
OK no. He didn't know he was a wolf no one did. The Seme seems to have had EVERYONE under the impression that he was a dog, and saying that Uke going near Seme is "basically asking to be fucked" is attacker mentality. Those are exactly the kinds of words one might expect from a rapist or sexual harasser. Saying him just going near must mean he wants to get fucked is like saying a person going out in public in a tight fitting or revealing outfit must mean they want to get assaulted. Further more Uke only approached because he wanted to help and was genuinely concerned. He didn't deliberately do or say anything provocative or suggestive. All in all, consent isn't about whether or not they "resisted enough" it's about whether they said yes or no.
THANK YOU FOR SAYING THIS. Like I've read my fair share of BL where the seme does not give a flying fuck about whether the uke said yes or no, and I generaly don't complain because these tropes are common. BUT there have been some BL manga/webtoon where even though the uke is emitting pheramones or is in heat, the seme controls himself. I've also learned that manga with this kind of panel style is kinda wack, so I should have expected less. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
He saw the ears??? Wtf u talking abt???
Ok I went back and checked and I'll relent on that he knew he was a wolf cause he did see the ears before everything went down, but that's it. Whether Seme is a wolf, dog, cat, giraffe, or whatever isn't the issue here. To be clear Uke knowing Seme was a wolf isn't enough to refute or invalidate any part of the point I'm trying to make.
