Yeah that would make sense, but I didn't like how it spun off so randomly. If they wished to do that it might have been better if they didn't make Yuma fall in love before the chaining and possessiveness really showed, because then it made all of that stuff look unnecessary. When I noticed how Yuma first got jealous, I immediately thought "Oh maybe Yusiharu(I can't remember how to spell his name so not sure if this is right) will notice this and then find a simple way to be together with him", but instead he completely ignored that and locked him up!
