he was cold to jiwon multiple times though (during and after the apology sex, during their talk in rain, during their time in school with the phone and later when he was sick). thats hard cause its just not in dg's nature to be mean or cold to someone, hes a really sweet person. but in those moments, he did have self respect, and in choosing to accept jiwon again instead of being resentful (like jiwon thought he would), dg respected his own feelings and moved forward, which is impressive imo. i dont think forgiveness and self respect are mutually exclusive, i actually think its more disrepectful towards yourself to stay angry (regardless of whether you get back together with that person). idk, just my 2 cents.

BUT im still a bit peeved with the whole double penetration rape being pushed aside for a date, same for not showing us their conversation once they got back together. i have serious issues with those things

I’m pretty sure DJ didn’t see it as rape. Didn’t he think that it wasn’t a bad thing/experience. And i do think DJ do have self respect, which is why he gave up on Alex after the fight.

Btw why do you think the uke in a guy like you doesn’t have self respect? I stopped the manwhua long ago but i did get as far as the chinese getting in the way and so far the uke was all ok. Please spoil me :D

I don't remember much too....it just was the same case ..after being abused and ill-treated the uke forgave the seme a bit too easily ....like those bad things never even happened....idk it's just my pov....
