I dont think yacchan has a thing for toono and its more like he is looking for ways to hurt kashima where toono is involved cuz of his jealousy and toono already confessed in which yacchan just laughed his ass off. Since after their school activity kashima have been coming strong on toono with his feeling and that makes toono even more aware. Now that yacchan's issue with kashima has been addressed no one really knows whats gonna happen next. If im not mistaken there was a scene where yacchan recalls a memory of a (senpai??i) where in he cant remember how he looked.
