It's not an indication of extreme jealousy, it's really normal. To most people it's PAINFUL knowing someone else is having sex with the person you love. It's probably even worse if it's multiple people nearly every day. Some people feel differently but they're in the minority. But Haruya wanted to stop working as a prostitute anyway so it doesn't really matter.
There's also the high risk of STIs with Haruya having so many different partners, and we know they exist in his manga's universe since they show condoms. Even if they use a condom every time, there would still be a small risk for Hitoe. It would also mean that if the two of them liked the idea of having sex with direct skin-to-skin contact or ejaculating inside, it would never be an option since Haruya would have a continuous risk of infection.

So the first half is about Mr. Yoon who realize his true feeling and stop denying.
Then Byul finally came back with some presents. They get very close and when they're about to kiss, Byul have a flashback of that kiss with Dongho.
So he rejected the kiss with Mr. Yoon. I just hope it is some guilt trip and not developing some weird feeling towards his brother. Ugh.
the readers will surely mad at Byul after this. That rejection will hurt Mr. Yoon badly.
