Eh. Not really. Most of the settings in webtoons like these are western middle ages or the renaissance. Plus most of the characters are foreign looking.
If Korea made something like this, it'll just look gaudy.
They did make a drama about isekai but it's in an ancient Korea setting.
Examples: Queen and I, Splash Splash Love, Faith and most famously, Moon Lovers.
Try googling time travel Korean dramas. There's a ton of it.
Also, I do hope they make an anime of these webtoons. It has so much promise. Tower of God got animated so I hope the others are given a chance too.
soon maybe, currently they're planning to make a drama from a webtoon remarried empress, which is kind of europe middle-ages era settings so if that success in future im sure there'll more production house make that kind of drama
