Well it's revealed that when the mc was younger and basically a sex slave for some bad dudes he saw a teenage winter trying to jump and he was like "yo follow me home instead" so he brings him home has winter tell him his whole life story and winters story is basically him being abused by his dad and the mc thinks "ugh so typical and boring blah" but keeps him anyway, then at some point he realizes winter likes him. I can't really remember but something happens, MC is going through some sort of breakdown and tells winter that if he wants to fuck him he has to be rough with it cause that's all he likes and it's what he's into so he makes winter choke him till he's about to pass out but winter stops cause he can't handle it and is crying and apologizing but the MC's like "see you can't handle it" but basically the mc himself is the one that gave winter the impression that being raped is what he likes
After more stuff happens nothing insanely important MC's crush Dominic offers to help him and mc takes the offer, doesn't tell winter anything and leaves just a note behind. Later once the mc is settled down because of the trauma of being a sex slave and what went down with him and winter mc sees a psychiatrist that helps him block out his memories.
