it just that theo thought that seram will leave him, if you remember they state in the agreement that theo will free seram after giving birth, right? as they are originally foe to each other. seram want to tell theo that he want to stay as they are and he will not leave theo and the baby but theo speak first and push seram to go back to his group as he is the leader. that's it, the translation is not eng so im looking at the illustration after that next chapter but they will be ok, dont worry!!
