To clear this up, the last panels of the latest chapter seems like a wishful thinking on dohyun's part. It was them being a normal couple if the incident didn't happened. But that doesn't mean that everything from CH 67 are his imaginations. No, you can check the dates on their phone, and it clearly says at the first panel of CH 70 that this chapter is in between 66 and 67. Meaning the scenes on CH 70 occur after CH 66.

Oh hmm try to check page 47 on CH 67, you can see dohyun looking at his phone and it's DECEMBER 31st. And that's where the story ends for the both of them. The remaining where only side stories. The 2nd side story, which is CH 70, the author noted on the VERY FIRST PAGE that this scenes took place in between CH 66 and CH 67. So, on CH 70, look at page 22 where dohyun hanged up on his boss and the date is DECEMBER 25th. It's confusing, yes, but re-reading it again will help you somehow :)
They're still together, i assumed. This side story occurs BETWEEN 66 and 67. On chapter 67 you can see dohyun's phone on his way to meeting Sungho and it's 8:30 on December 31st. And in this chapter you can see their phone (both of them) and it's christmas 9:48 December 25th. So, this happened BEFORE THEY MET on CH 67.
I am not sure tho. I had a feeling that this chapter happened after the incident, and they lived separately for the meantime. And the continuation is on CH 67 when they got back together.

It wasn't mentioned in Petit Mignon Theo's mom is an omega or female, Theo only described his "mom" about to give birth soon and how he/she loves to vent with neighbors... It would be nice to think Theo is their child, but does that mean they entered Siegfried mansion (Juda probably sheltered them?) and Julio is working as a assistant there? Same thoughts. Just right after he made an appearance and saw his interaction with will, i assumed they could be a potential couple. But then i remember this one scene in petit mignon where theo and the twins along with baron secretly followed daath. And just by looking at it, i doubted that they're related. Maybe Theo is a son or a relative of that servant (coz they resemble each other alot and that could be the "secret" that will mentioned) or maybe they just looked alike and is not related at all.
Also, i'm not so familiar on his (will) character so it's hard to even shipped him with julio. They could make a great couple but i hesitated after the servant showed up.
