Never thought I'd find a comfort shounen manga, but I love this. Such great characters, and such an unpretentious plot. It reminds me of when I read Reborn, just love the funny characters. (≧∀≦) thanks for the translators, doing God's work

Excuse my question, it's about the raws.
So now there seems to be a situation involving Khnum being asleep/dying and being purified or something by Anubis after he and Nephtys come our of a convo where Isis is in her pretend dead moment. Then they briefly show some memory of Khnum being taken by a black mist and now I'm getting some comments on people shipping Khnum and Anubis (￣∇￣")
I'm like... Am I missing something? Do you know on which chapter that situation with Khnum happened? Did he have any relevance to the story so far other than probably being a background character in Seth's trial? Was anything mentioned about him in season one? I totally missed or forgot him O guess. Any info is welcomed. Thanks in advance.
Khnum is the one handling Nile so he and Isis has a relation. During Seth’s trial, Khnum was the one who took child Anubis away (ordered bt Isis) during when Nepthys confessed that Anubis is not Seth’s child rather Osiris is the real father. Just as when Khnum was taking Anubis away from the trial place, someone attacked him and it was Osiris. It was this time Osiris transformed Anubis to his God form.
Khnum was in a coma due to the attack so noone really knew what happened to Anubis that time. These all happened during Season 1.

I'm not that into this anymore. I'm getting kind of annoyed at the hairdresser, and a little more at the MC being so naive. I've seen a lot of plots like these and honestly, I'd love a plot where green flag second ML is endgame. I've seen like... two? And one is shoujo. I'd love recommendations.
If there are no recommendations, someone later on let me know if his friend turns into an asswhole for the sake of making the hairdresser look like a nice guy. This happened in manga I've read and I hate when they throw away any positive character traits just so they can make second ML look like a bad choice
