And since he's a dragon or sm maybe pregnancy that holds his child takes more than months?

I think it's mentioned that they are basing their guess that Leon can get pregnant on the fact that Leon may be from a race of creatures where a male can get pregnant if they're with someone they love (except they don’t believe the love part). So it's possible that since Leon hates all of them aside from Cliff, Leon may only be able to have Cliff's kid (づ￣ ³￣)づ
