I read all the chapters released and they is not other woman for the moment. It's a really great story and that not cliché and the female lead is strong like really strong.

Yes in the most recent chapters released on mangago he has 3 concubines. He does not love them (or even like them, he barely knows them). The female lead (main character) has expressed absolutely no romantic interest towards the male lead and seems to enjoy the company of the concubines. The male lead likes the female lead.
Imo it's a relief that they're not together, it would feel very artificial ^^'

It started off with a "fake disease" made up by his father and ended up in a real problem like depression.
Man...till the end I feel bad for her sister and parents. They never got to know what happened to their child. How painful that must have been.
it would have been enough if they atleast got to know that their child is alright. And living a happy life.
