I’m on chapter 16 and I quit. The plot exists but it feels like a car chase. So fast paced and without making much sense. I feel like so much necessary info was left out. Pacing doesn’t exist.
I was reading one of BK_Moon’s other series, “The Greatest Estate Developer” and laughed when I recognized the demon king described by the mountain demon’s ancient history as being Demon King Credos from this series.
The new anime art looks juvenile at best. Did they all regress in age? It also looks cartoony. I hate it.
There’s almost the same number of chapters for this as One Piece. I started both, like 15+ years ago, but then quit them well before the 800 chapter point… now I’m considering restarting, which will require a reread… I don’t have it in my to commit to both right now.
Which one should I pick up first? Opinions? Reasons?
Did those 2 strangers just get married after 1 month of spontaneous cohabitation? And it didn’t even start out romantic. What was that? At most, there was 1 or 2 weeks, of not-quite dating ——> Then marriage?
Why does it feel like every story with gates has to have a MC with a sick relative? Can’t the family members ever be healthy, happy, and maybe even not helpless? Is it a lot to ask for?
The ultimate con artist? King of Scammers? The two sided lord who giveth and taketh? Demon king of salvation- wait wrong series…
I wonder if it’s just human nature to hate the majority of female manga characters…
Anybody else feel like this series was better before she changed back into a human the first time?
Somehow it went from strong FL, overcoming her past, while facing the world, herself, and the enemies after her kingdom. All amidst a thrilling adventure story with friendship, loyalty, and even love

Just politics and romance! Adventure better screw off! Our FL is losing ground on finding herself as she realizes she had more courage as a bird. Having regained her status as royalty, she must now feel inadequate for her position more frequently. All while actively seeking her siblings, in the hope that they can be better than her, while she looks to the future when she can run away from responsibility. As a human princess she must achieve all possible things through speeches, commanding others, and all other forms of words, because I think the author might cry if our princess did anything more physically involved outside of bird form or romance.
Or it could just be me.
I feel like we just went from murim, with a touch of sci-fi, to Sci-fi, with a murim backgdrop.
Considering human anatomy, and the artwork depicted, how does it make sense that these males keep surviving getting their spine severed, heart crushed (if not evicted), and poisoned - SIMULTANEOUSLY???
I mean, I get that they’re beastmen, but it’s not like they’re Wolverine.
I wish novel readers would stop hating on this manhwa just cause it doesn’t live up to the novel. Guess what? This isn’t the novel. And you know what else? It’s totally fine that this isn’t the novel.
This manhwa is damn good as a manwha, by itself.
Your need to sh*t on it, for not having the total content of “a completely different story medium done by a different creator”, feels like someone hating on Cats (the broadway musical) because it leaves out tons of the original poetry book contents (yes the play is based on a book of poems).
This manhwa should be judged as itself and not as a comparison to a literary novel. The whole point of an “adaptation” is that it’s ADAPTED. As in, not the same as the original.
I suspect our ml has super powers :
A) a status screen related Insta-store, that lets him purchase items that appear instantly from nowhere (like a bunny suit and helium balloon combo), why not purchase a grappling hook?
B) teleportation (cause that man’s speed at acquiring those goods makes me suspect he can tesseract). Why not teleport to safety?
C) the power to invoke plot armor.

You don’t know how grateful I am that someone finally uploaded step-by-step instructions of how to legally purchase the original series from an author. I never know where to go to find the original series or how to buy that series, even if I could find the website. Your instructions were very helpful. I will certainly buy the series. It’s like the price of two lattes to help change the authors future. If everyone who reads this series “illegally” would buy the series, the author would be living in entirely different life than they are now.
the series is great. The story is fun and heartwarming. The characters are lovable. So, I swear I’m not complaining…

This isn’t a fantasy genre (other than being omegaverse) so: 1- Why are Karelyl’s pupils diamond shaped? 2- Why does he have those little tattoo-like markings under his eyes? Someone please explain this to me, cause I really want to know.
