No.. they can't make soulmate by themselves and the brother rejected him while telling him he didn't believe his feelings and it was not love he just envy their brother's bond and family (bc the gangster didn't have a family) after that I think the gangster wanted to prove his feeling and when he comeback again that's the only goal of his but he truly care and worry about hangyul you can see idk that's bc of their soulmate bond or he sees hangyul as his lil bro even in the past he protected a lot hangyul what I don't like him is he's selfish even though he knew what hangyul going through he only think about what he wants but there's is a high chance he could be 2nd ml and all this time he fooled himself by he likes hangyul's bro but actually he didn't, in my opinion rather than the brother he showed his sincerity with hangyul, in the lasted chapter he even followed hangyul's shooting bc he worried about hangyul and when hangyul didn't come back home he was more worried than hangyul's real brother

I doubt he's the 2nd ML I think he's just going to be more of the middle man that's going to make the ML jealous, to me it just seems like he's a very selfish man that only puts himself first... so he's willing to do anything (even hurt hangyul) to be with the brother. Nobody deserves hangyul the only one that truly cares about him is his brother so sad.
