Actually Ueda is a little perfect. He is caring, kind, level-headed, open-minded, and good in bed. His character is an ordinary policeman but he is so so so unique in the yaoiverse for being all of the above. If he doesnt get the title Best Seme, i dont know who will.
Real talk though, is there any seme out there who is as good as Ueda? Ueda is unique even among sensei's characters.
Agreed that Ueda is unique but he before meeting Aki is more unique tbh. I think Ueda now after dating Aki become more "human" than his abit-perfect-for-human-male-his-age. i mean before meeting him he treat everyone equally even his fam. Like he have no one he hate nor he love. He doesnt show jealousy to his past lovers and stuff even more interest on hanging out with their grandparent than his exes, doesnt bother that much when he got dumped. Now hes capable of showing flaws and stuff which is just...human.
